Aqua Pump classes are held Monday and Wednesday evenings 7:00pm-7:45pm.
Aquarobics classes take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings between 8am and 8.45am and if you're after a higher intensity work out try our Aquafit classes every Tuesday 6pm - 6.45pm.
Aquarobics is an energetic and invigorating class that combines aqua aerobics and strength training for a total body workout. It is a faster pace program but we welcome all levels of fitness as you can exercise at your own level of comfort.
Aqua Pump is our moderate to high intensity program that focuses on strengthening and toning your entire body. It is low in complexity but high on fun! It has all the benefits of traditional weight lifting with that added bonus of increased cardiovascular fitness as well as improvements to grip strength, balance and coordination.
A 60 minute, advanced training class for open water and triathlon swimmers.
